Module 2 - Newsgroup Tasks

I have spend much more time on this task than others. At the beginning, I was quite confused on the difference between this and discussion board, but after I tried "wiki", it has been much more clearer. In discussion boards, the topics could be widely, and you have to really go to that board for checking replies like our webCT discussion board. However, the newsgroups might be checked in two ways, going onto the platform directly or receiving replies by emails, and it is the significant difference from discussion board.

Then I started to try posting my topic, but I got problems again, I felt fully confused on the names and the IP adresses of different groups, besides this, I was supposed to send a "Request For Post" to "news.announce.newgroup", but I got lost again, then I had to go back to our webCT discussion board for help. fortunately, I got answers there. I logged ongo "groupsbeta.google.com" and created my topic like this (about my favourite soccer team: AC Milan):


if you saw some Chinese chracters, thats alright, dont be scared coz I use it. then the only thing I can do is waiting I reckon, so I will put some replies later, and move to the next module.
